### Can I use Deece to brief different types of agencies?

Yes. Deece helps marketers create clear, effective briefs for a wide range of agency partners and internal teams.

You can use it to brief creative, media, design, PR, digital, social, studio teams and more.

Deece has two brief categories: Solution Briefs for work that needs new strategic or creative thinking, and Task Briefs for more straightforward executional work where the strategy or idea is already in place.

Custom templates are also available.

### Can other people see my briefs?

Only if you give them access. By default, your briefs are private. You can choose to share them with colleagues for collaboration or approval.

### What if my organisation has different brands or divisions?

No problem. You can manage multiple brands or divisions within Deece, keeping them separate while contributing to your organisation’s unique AI model, which becomes smarter and more tailored over time

### I work for an agency. Can I use Deece?

Agencies do not need a paid Deece account to access client briefs. Your client can share a unique, secure interactive link with you, so you can view their brief without needing a full Deece account.

For agencies who want to use Deece with their own clients, we also offer white-label options.

### How does pricing work?

Deece is priced per user per month, billed quarterly. Discounts are available for longer-term commitments such as 6 or 12 month plans. For larger teams or custom builds, we also offer tailored options.
